How to deposit money in a bank account

Depositing money to a bank account is easy. The simplest way is to do a direct deposit and it can be done through the following steps:
  1. Get a deposit slip from the bank.
  2. Fill out the deposit slip with the account information (Acct Name and Number).
  3. Fill out the amount that you're going to deposit.
  4. Go to the teller. He/she will count the money in order to verify the amount.
  5. The teller will then validate the deposit.
Normally, depositing money into an account that belongs to the bank yields no fee. However, interbank deposits may incur fees. Just as the teller before proceeding with the deposit to make sure everything is clear.

There are other methods of money transfer through online, mobile, checks, etc. For more information on these services, refer to the information of the banks themselves.
